Guess Who? Presidents - This game is a fun twist on the traditional Guess Who? With this game students will be learning the names and to recognize the different US Presidents in no time. Geography BINGO - Play BINGO but instead of cards with #'s or pictures, use words related to a topic in social studies. It could be played in two ways. For lower grade levels simple saying the word "north" and then students would find "north" on their card. Another way to play the game that would be more challenging is that the teacher would say a simple definition for a word. Example: Teacher - "The direction opposite of South." Students would then mark "north" on their bingo card. Life - This traditional board game has many aspects that can be related to social studies in regards, to money, government, and community too. |
