Procedures:
Students will now help each other revise and edit their writing going through the following centers
Students will create a final draft of their writing, and illustrations to go with each page. They also need to create a cover for their writing, that displays what it is about.
Closing - Take a period of time for students to view each others final work! Students feel proud of what they created and want to be able to show it off to others besides the teacher. Maybe even put them in the classroom library for a short period of time.
Classroom Management:
During independent reading/writing clarify the voice level 0 (zero) & raising your hand for help
The centers will keep the class managed during review time, and allow students to help each other on strengths and weaknesses.
